Dr. Fannin has been in practice on Mercer Island since 2007. He regularly has medical students in his clinic who are completing their clinical curriculum during their third and fourth years of osteopathic medical school.
Dr. Fannin is originally from "The LBC" and despite his claims, never "kicked it with Snoop Dogg." His wife is a native Mercer Islander and he is happy to join anyone complaining about the local weather.
